• 50% deposit required to confirm
• Remaining balance due at arrival
• 30-minute buffer between sessions
• 48+ hours notice: Full refund
• 24-48 hours notice: 50% refund
• Less than 24 hours: No refund
• Rescheduling available anytime
• No smoking inside the studio
• Maximum 4 guests per session
• Food allowed in lounge area only
